We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Financial Reporting Manager in Erlanger, Kentucky. You will be leading the financial accounting and reporting activities for a global organization.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and overseeing the financial accounting and monthly reporting activities in the local statutory format.

• Serving as the primary contact for Department Managers, providing oversight for areas including monthly spending and Budget Performance and analysis.

• Managing, training, and developing Financial Analysts to support all reporting Finance requirements, including FP& A ad hoc responsibilities.

• Being responsible for balance sheet forecasting and cash generation projections.

• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to manage accounting functions.

• Conducting auditing and managing budget processes.

• Preparing financial reports and conducting complex financial analysis.

• Developing budgeting and forecasting models for financial projections.

Requirements • Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Proven experience in Auditing

• Expertise in Budget Processes

• Mastery of Financial Reporting

• Capability to conduct Financial Analysis

• Ability to perform Complex Financial Analysis

• Experience in Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

• Proficiency in Budgeting

• Familiarity with Budgeting - Forecasting

• Capability to develop accurate Financial Projections

• Proficiency in Forecasting & Modeling
