IT Support Analyst - Erlanger, KY

This is an exempt level position.

Position Summary:

Main point of contact within IT for problem resolution and technical support for senior executive leadership including the Office of the Chairman and administrative staff. Advanced knowledge about desktop hardware, software, and mobility devices. Advanced understanding of mobile management tools. Advanced understanding of video and audio technology. Deliver a high level of customer service and communication for IT to all senior leaders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Will demonstrate strong customer support skills, while assisting officers and executives of the organization

  • Demonstrate superb communication skills while building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and colleagues in all levels of the organization

  • Maintain a positive and productive attitude in all situations, while aggressively considering alternative opportunities to provide quality service

  • Expected to convey professionalism at all times, including attire, presence, and attitude

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft productivity tools and ability to ensure users are using them and other productivity tools effectively and efficiently

  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow business processes correctly, anticipating and understanding the downstream impact and ensuring high quality the first time/every time

  • Focus on increased productivity on improving existing systems and tools, as well as researching new technology solutions and emerging technologies to evaluate and make recommendations to IT and senior leaders

  • Understanding of business and IT policies in order to ensure executive alignment to IT tools and the needs of the business

  • Takes accountability and ownership to resolve problems and demonstrates creativity in identifying reasonable solutions that benefit all parties

  • Ability to quickly gather the right information, analyze it, and make informed decisions

  • Customer centric, with the ability to elicit the trust and confidence of our colleagues, while adjusting to the needs and style of managers and executives

  • Will utilize a strong balance of technical ability with interpersonal skills

  • "Can do" attitude in solving business problems using processes and technologies, understanding the need to ask insightful questions, while seeking relevant information, applying rigorous logic and employing imagination to identify many good options

  • Ability to be available to provide assistance during normal working hours, as well as being on call during off hours, such as nights, weekends and holidays

  • A minimum of an intermediate level knowledge for installation, with a minimum of 4 years' experience troubleshooting computers, printers, productivity software, telephony and audio, and video equipment

  • Motivated to demonstrate a can-do and innovative approach in their daily activities, while always pursuing opportunities to provide improvements

  • General understanding of IT system design, architectures, methodologies and testing tools

  • General understanding and application of project management, document management, and knowledge management standard methodologies, governance and methodologies to everyday work

  • Energetic, professional, trustworthy, and able to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure, while handling conflict with integrity and resilience

  • Effective at listening, coordinating, prioritizing and multi-tasking

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate clearly and concisely by telephone, email and via new business systems

  • Easily adaptable to changes in business processes, work priorities and work environment

  • Minimum of a 2 year degree in an IT related field, or equivalent competency with a minimum of 4 years IT related experience

  • Prior experience working in a global company preferred

  • Previous experience providing executive level support preferred
