Internship Program Requirements:

• Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2027. Must have overall 2.8GPA

• Transportation: Interns must have their own transportation to and from work.

• Geographical Flexibility: Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations.

• Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required.

• Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2025.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with key PMO stakeholders to operate project methodologies and execute PMO processes.

• Build deep understanding of methodology and process operation across multiple areas of PMO Operations.

• Provide guidance, clarity and support to those working within a process.

• Support the Senior Analyst and Lead roles; provide input into continuous improvement activities.

• Analyze key processes and provide areas for improvement.

• Ability to understand complex processes and frameworks.

• Trusted partner to our customers; someone who can help guide people through a process.

• Great communicator and partnership builder.

• Ensure processes are executed to a high level of quality.

• Responsive to support requests from Process Users.

Job Requirements:

• Collaboration & Independence: Ability to work effectively independently and within a team.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Leadership Potential: Demonstrates leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and guide others

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field
