Our highly respected CPA firm client in Escondido is seeking a Tax Preparer with a passion for client service and a keen eye for detail. This role provides an enriching platform to develop tax tractability within a mentor-driven environment. Your knack for number crunching will play an instrumental part in helping individuals and businesses meet their tax obligations while maximizing tax savings.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses extending across various industries.

• Checking data input or verify totals on forms prepared by others to detect errors in arithmetic and accounting.

• Uncover potential deductions and credits.

• Review financial records, income statements and documentation of expenditures.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Pursuing CPA or already certified.

• Commitment to a high level of customer service and able to multitask.

• Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
