Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Eugene, Oregon

Description

Are you a service 'champion' who looks to improve and deliver personalized service based on individual customer needs? Robert Half is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to support our clients in the Eugene area. In these fast-paced office settings, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for receiving and placing telephone calls and maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed. Customer Service Representative will have excellent communication abilities and strong data entry skills. This position also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. The accomplished Customer Service Representative will have a minimum of one-year experience in a call center and proficiency in data entry, excellent phone and customer service skills, a compassionate demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with constant interruption.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Inquiries: Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and assistance.

  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer concerns, aiming to achieve a satisfactory resolution while adhering to company policies.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively assist customers and provide appropriate recommendations.

  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and keeping customers informed about their order status.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system.

  • Communication: Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience, sharing feedback and collaborating on solutions.

  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality monitoring programs to ensure adherence to service standards and continuous improvement.

  • Feedback Loop: Relay customer feedback and insights to relevant teams for product/service enhancement and process refinement.

  • Customer Education: Educate customers about product features, usage, and best practices to optimize their experience.

  • Up-Selling/Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products/services that align with customer needs.
