REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelors degree in Social Science, Education, or Digital Learning -Masters degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience Work Experience Demonstrating: - Successful development of eLearning programs\' compelling course content with activities that enhance the learning & retention process, learner assessment/evaluation, and supporting audiovisual media - Use of Instructional Design technology- Learning Management Systems, Media production tools, team collaboration platforms, and project management software - Knowledge of Social Science, Education, and/or Digital learning curriculum development and technical writing protocols for conducting behavioral research Critical Skills: - Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Visual Design, Multi-Media Design, Script Writing, Project Management, Social Media HOURS & PAY Hybrid, Full-time position in Eugene Salary \$65,000 - 85,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
