Description of the brand and the team: Jo Malone London/EDPFM EMEA Regional Team
Key responsibilities:
Support Regional Product Marketing team on key operational marketing functions related to NPL Forecast Management and Product Assortment Strategy (with key focus on Online and Retailer/Channel Differentiation).
Support and ensure strong 360 GTM activation on key launches and projects focusing on providing timely information on newness, heroes, sampling and gifting SKUs.
Key tasks:
Support MM in preparation of product marketing related strategy presentations and materials including twice yearly regional roundtables, global marketing workshops, annual regional strategy, etc.
Draft and send weekly Regional Newsletter to cascade all regional product updates to affiliates.
Follow global product marketing weekly updates via GMW for all NPL forecast submissions and updates on programme forecasting guidelines.
Support creating Forecasting guidelines for all new programs and update all information upon changes
Support preparing the Product Bi-Monthly Call presentation and programme alignment calls
Follow launch impacts (allocations, delays, etc.) and help cascade information to affiliate and corporate teams by updating New Product Launch Trackers
Update retailer presentation decks according to FY programs with latest assets and information
Perform needed analysis and build files, presentations, etc as per request
Support in updating lineup changes and SKU management by maintaining existing SKU catalogs (e.g. SKU Hierarchy File, NPL Tracker)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in providing product updates impacting 360 GTM plans for key launches.
Support in answering product queries from affiliate and cross-functional teams
Send lab samples at every launch to affiliates addresses on time, or any other product requests / Beginning of fiscal, align affiliate needs and addresses
Receive and send comps alignment with Consumer Engagement to support product seeding and PR shoots
Support Online Assortment Audit and support in the Offline (Assortment by Door Type) audits
Rename asset files for online with EAN system for affiliates
Qualifications
Minimum Education Level: Student with a higher education Bac 4/5 or Business Schools (end-of-studies internship) preferably in Marketing related area
Minimum Years and Area of Experience: Working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the cosmetics industry, CPG, luxury retail industries and/or with market/regional exposure
Required Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (Written & Spoken), other EMEA languages is preferred (French, Italian, German, Spanish...)
The ideal candidate will:
Be well experienced in and passionate about product marketing with industry knowledge a strong plus
Must have strong numerical skills and an analytical and logical mindset to analyze figures and draw conclusions / make strong business recommendations
Be comfortable reviewing forecasts and making educated decisions based upon numerical data
Be a self-starter and able to work autonomously, driving momentum on projects & proactively planning future strategic activities
Be a strong collaborator and team player
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle multiple projects and work to tight deadlines while maintaining a superb eye for detail
Have a service mindset when it comes to supporting affiliate market needs
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as well as being an engaging presenter
Be able to demonstrate excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential)
Be comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization & able to develop strong working relationships across the corporation
Have international business/academic background and be able to work in a multi-national environment with strong curiosity to understand different cultures
