JANUS Research Group is currently hiring for aTMDE Lifecycle Program Operations Analystto assist the ARNG with ensuring the availability of resources for the TMDE Calibration and Repair Support (CandRS) Programs Mission.

• Assist in the identification of requirements to accomplish that mission.
• Assist the ARNG CandRS Lab Management to maintain a quality program in the most efficient manner possible while preserving the Armys TMDE Program goal of maintaining 95% Availability

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree; preferably in Industrial Engineering or Business Management
• 94H MOS holder assigned a position as a CandRS Lab Team Chief or equivalent in background and experience
• Basic level of logistic sustainment background to assist with dispositions and material solutions
• Familiarity with functionality of the USATA Enterprise Portal
• Familiarity with WebTIMMS
• Good understanding of Microsoft Products such as Excel, Power Point, Access or Power BI and the Power Platform
• Ability to utilize USATA TEMIS database application
• Microsoft PL-300 Certified
