Job Title: Contracts AdministratorJob Description

Seeking a versatile and dedicated Contracts Administrator to manage a wide range of administrative tasks in our Evansville Office. This role involves assembling client/project contracts, amendments, bid documents, and providing general office support. Responsibilities also include preparing memos, mailings, managing office equipment and supplies, and maintaining databases. The successful candidate will serve as the front office face, handle typical duties such as answering calls and greeting visitors, and support technical staff with project-related administrative tasks. This position also encompasses office management responsibilities like tracking supplies, handling work orders, and coordinating office events.

Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of administrative experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Publisher, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong computer skills and technical ability for filing, data entry, and email management

Soft Skills

  • Pleasant personality

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and record-keeping skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to varying responsibilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a professional environment

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Evansville, Indiana.

Work Environment

The role is based in a professional Civil Engineering Consulting firm with a business casual dress code. The office environment is generally quiet but can become deadline intensive. While the office houses around 20 employees, many work out in the field, ensuring a calm workspace.
