Adecco US, Inc. Data Entry Specialist - Hybrid After Training in Everett, Washington

Adecco is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to help their local client in Everett, WA with a 3–6-month project updating the companies internal document tracking system. (Length of assignment could be extended beyond 6 months.)

Candidates must be able to work in the office Monday through Friday for training. Hours are flexible. The typical schedule could be 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm. After training, there is an option to work a hybrid schedule and work remote Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities:

  1. Locate and contact document owners to request required information needed to update the document and store based on document specifications.

  2. Review necessary documents per document control requirements/template.

  3. Use problem-solving skills when reviewing/updating QMS Documents to determine best solution on how or what to update on the document.

  4. Regularly update the metric tracker to align with the current status.

  5. Regularly meet with Quality Team member(s) to discuss status, issues/concerns, escalations, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong time management, prioritization and problem-solving skills.

  • Work independently within a team to complete assigned tasks timely and accurately.

  • Strong multi-tasking skills, i.e., working on multiple items simultaneously while meeting set goals.

  • Ability to maintain focus while working on repetitive tasks.

  • Ability to communicate clearly through email and phone to obtain precise information from document owners.

  • Strong attention to detail and good follow through.

  • Able to lead by influence and work both as a team member and independently.

  • Knowledge of personal computers with superior skills in desktop programs (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and other comparable software programs).

Education, experience & job requirements

  • Experienced in data entry, documentation review and document management.

  • ERP System experience, preferred but not required

Pay Rate:

$20-22/hour based on experience.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
