We are looking to hire a Director of Nursing in Everett, WA for a Skilled Nursing facility!

M-F 8a-5p

$150k-$160k a year.

No on-calls but will cover on weekends if there is an emergency.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience as a DON

• Unencumbered Washington RN License

• Someone with experience with surveys, specifically in Washington State

• Must represent the core values of Bethany.

• Leadership experience

The DON is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, staffing and controlling nursing resources and personnel to provide the best possible care for the spiritual, mental and physical needs of the individual residents within Bethany of the Northwest's skilled nursing and long-term care environments.

The DON ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations governing long term care, as well as maintaining positive relationships among nursing personnel, residents, families, other departments, and the public. 6-8 skilled nurses will directly report to DON.

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
