Boeing is on the lookout for an Executive Office Administrator (Level C) to join our Global Real Estate and facilities team at our Renton or Everett, WA site. We need someone who can effortlessly communicate complex information to different audiences and bring a positive attitude to the table.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Prioritizes and schedules Executives’ calendars and availability for efficient use of time

  • Coordinates/processesdomestic/international business travel arrangements for 3-4 Executives, monitors traveler's logistics, generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges; ensures timely/accurate reimbursement

  • Plans and implements logistics for executive level internal and external events

  • Tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operations

  • Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication

  • Verbally communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences and conveys a positive attitude to all those that they work with.

  • Coordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources

  • Orders and maintains office supplies

  • Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources

  • Advises and provides virtual OA support to several locations across the country

  • Works under limited supervision

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience coordinating and processing business travel arrangements utilizing Concur or a similar travel and expense management program; generating expense reports for business travel and reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement

  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff members

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint

  • 3+ years of experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook

  • Effective written and verbal communication across diverse audiences

  • Experience effectively work virtually using common computer and communication tools such as Webex, MS Teams, Powerpoint, etc

Typical Education and Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Shift:

This position is for 1st shift.

Pay are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $60,350 – $81,650
