This position's important duties include a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, providing clerical support to the HR department, and full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse group of positions. Your responsibilities
Developing copy and posting job opportunity advertisements
Carrying out interviews
Creating internal recommendations
Utilizing digital recruiting resources
Reviewing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms
Carrying out various administrative duties
Aiding with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations Requirements - Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
Competent in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- The top candidates have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Strong familiarity with security clearance
Previous experience working with insights
Recruiting Processes experience highly valued
Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
Demonstrated knowledge of Compliance Functions
Background working with Innovation
Deep understanding of Hiring Processes
Knowledge of Adjudication
Earlier work involving workday
EEOC experience preferred
General familiarity with Compensation Administration
Hands-on experience with Market Trends
Onboarding experience
Experience with Subject Matter Expert
Foundational knowledge in Review Resumes
Comprehension of Real-Time
Prior experience with Applicant Track System
Experience with Regulation
Federal Labor Law experience highly desired
Practical knowledge of Talent Acquisition
Good understanding of Software Development
Cyber Security experience highly preferred
Aerospace experience desired
Compliance experience preferred
Adeptness in Practices

Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
