This company is the leader in design, development, and manufacturing of electronic control systems for the aviation and aerospace industries. They specialize in Communications, Power Lighting and Control, Switches and Connectors, and more.

Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 5 buyers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional development and performance excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize the procurement process and achieve cost savings.
• Collaborate with internal teams; engineering, production, and quality assurance, to understand project requirements and develop procurement plans that meet project timelines and specifications.
• Identify and qualify suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships to ensure a reliable and high-quality supply chain for aerospace materials and components.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to track and evaluate supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and client specifications, as well as regulatory requirements related to procurement and quality.

   

*Schedule: *Monday -- Friday, day shift flexible hours.

Supply Chain Manager Qualifications:

• Over 6 years of Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, or other similar related experience.
• Relevant experience within the aerospace or highly regulated environment.
• Over 2 years of leadership experience within Supply Chain or Procurement.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

   

*Compensation: *$100,000 -- 140,000 annually.

• Including bonus potential
