Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician with a versatile skill set and hands-on experience in various maintenance disciplines. This role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 45-minute lunch break. Occasionally, overnight or weekend shifts may be required, though this is very rare. We are looking for candidates with experience levels ranging from 1-2 years (Maintenance Technician I) to 5-10 years (Maintenance Technician III).

Responsibilities

• Install, change, or fix electrical outlets and troubleshoot any electrical issues within the building.

• Perform basic plumbing tasks and diagnose plumbing issues.

• Conduct minor carpentry work within the facility.

• Service HVAC systems at various client locations.

• Maintain and repair drink machines, including espresso machines and mixers (training will be provided).

• Maintain equipment and inventory of parts in the shop (Maintenance Technician I).

• Maintain specific equipment such as drink machines and espresso machines (Maintenance Technician II).

• Perform drywall, construction, janitorial duties, and painting as needed.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of experience for Maintenance Technician I.

• 5-10 years of experience for Maintenance Technician III.

• Strong electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

• Mechanically inclined.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Clean DMV Record (company car provided for site visits).

• EPA Universal Certification (not required but nice to have).

• Maintenance Certifications (not required but nice to have).

• 1-3 years of experience for Maintenance Technician II.

Work Environment

The home base is a warehouse facility with loud noises but adequate temperature control. You will drive a company car during your shift to various locations throughout the Central Valley. Some client locations are outdoors, requiring the ability to work in adverse weather conditions when necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Exeter, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00
