Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Exeter, New Hampshire. As part of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and logistics service providers, responsible for processing orders for medical devices and managing customer service and sales related matters. This role requires onsite presence and necessitates adeptness at multi-tasking and proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process orders for medical devices received via phone and email.

• Manage product portfolio and customer accounts.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

• Maintain accurate data entries related to customer orders and shipments.

• Coordinate with logistics service providers regarding shipments and returns.

• Conduct email correspondence to address customer queries and concerns.

• Schedule appointments as needed for customer service-related matters.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Power BI to track and report customer service activities. Requirements • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment

• Demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality customer service

• Proven ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Experience in managing professional email correspondence

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Power BI

• Familiarity with order entry processes

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to business needs

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
