As a Residential Worker within the Residential Prep Area team, you will be involved in assembly, machine work, and inspection of products to ensure they meet quality standards. Under the guidance of the Area Production Supervisor, we are looking for attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will be on the 1st shift (6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday) with occasional mandatory overtime, which could range from 4 to 12 hours before or after the shift or on weekends, depending on staffing needs.

You Will:

  • Operate machinery to support the assembly and production of parts and products according to established procedures.

  • Assemble products and parts, following detailed instructions and quality guidelines.

  • Inspect and test completed products to ensure they meet our quality standards.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, observing all safety protocols and procedures.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

You Have:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in machine operations and setup, or a willingness to train in these areas.

  • Familiarity with computer-controlled equipment is highly desired.

  • Ability to work mandatory overtime as required.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
