Description We are seeking a Project Manager I to join our team in Exton, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will plan and manage business projects ensuring they meet the needs of the client, stay within budget, and are completed on time. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Generate detailed plans and schedules for each stage of the project.

• Create timelines, determine costs and resources needed.

• Ensure that each stage is progressing on time, on budget, and adheres to the company's quality standards.

• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and/or services.

• Select supporting staff and lead a project team.

• Report project progress to senior managers and the client.

• Manage risks and implement strategies to avoid delays.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in reporting and planning

• Experience in materials handling within a project context

• Familiarity with budget processes and ability to adhere to financial constraints

• Proficient in using 'About Time' software for efficient project management

• Strong negotiation skills, particularly in a construction environment

• Ability to manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project materials

• Experience in creating and managing project timelines

• Commitment to maintaining high quality standards throughout project lifecycle

• Ability to monitor and report on project progress regularly

• Experience in QA Management and ensuring adherence to quality standards

• Familiarity with design controls within a project context

• Knowledge and experience in construction industry would be an advantage
