Job Description: Senior Project Manager, Global Web Experience

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager, Global Web Experience to oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of our global web presence. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional project management skills, a deep understanding of web technologies, and a passion for delivering outstanding digital experiences. You will collaborate across teams and regions to ensure consistency, innovation, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and oversee global web initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing risks and dependencies.

• Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and regional stakeholders.

Web Strategy and Optimization:

• Define and execute strategies to improve global web user experience and engagement.

• Drive the adoption of best practices for SEO, accessibility, performance, and usability across all web properties.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with global and regional teams to align web strategies with business objectives and local needs.

• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding.

• Lead cross-functional meetings to provide updates, gather input, and manage expectations.

Content and Design Oversight:

• Coordinate the creation, localization, and management of web content to ensure brand consistency.

• Work closely with design teams to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all web properties.

• Ensure all content complies with legal, regulatory, and cultural requirements for global markets.

Technology and Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with IT and development teams to manage web platforms and tools.

• Evaluate and implement new web technologies to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in web project management or a similar role.

• Proven track record of managing global web projects and working with cross-cultural teams.

• Strong understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), design principles, and project tools such as Adobe Workfront, ClickUp, Optimizely, and Azure Dev Ops.

• Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and digital marketing best practices.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise-level website management.

• Familiarity with multi-language and localization processes.

• Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
