Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Guide and mentor students: Provide personalized coaching and support to help students navigate their academic journey, address challenges, and develop essential skills. Build strong relationships: Connect with students on a personal level, fostering a supportive and encouraging learning environment. Identify and address student needs: Proactively identify at-risk students and implement appropriate interventions to ensure their success. Promote student engagement and retention: Participate in campus events and initiatives to enhance the student experience and foster a positive learning community. Collaborate with campus teams: Partner with faculty, staff, and other departments to ensure seamless student support and address any concerns effectively.

Qualifications
