We're hiring immediately for a Utility Construction Foreman in Exton, PA. If you have at least 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in stormwater utilities and water/wastewater management, especially within industrial or commercial sites, we'd love to hear from you.

The pay for this position is $26.00 - $30.00+ an hour depending on experience. We offer travel perks including lodging expenses, a company vehicle, and $59 per diem.

What you'll do: Construct and Repair Critical Stormwater Infrastructure: Work on essential underground utilities, concrete structures, and stormwater basins across the central states, ensuring communities are safe and resilient. Operate Advanced Construction Equipment: Utilize a range of tools, from hand-held and power tools to heavy machinery like skid loaders, excavators, and dozers, showcasing your technical expertise. Travel and Explore: Embrace the opportunity to travel during the week, exploring new locations while making a significant impact on various projects. Innovate and Learn: Master pioneering construction techniques and regulatory compliance strategies, positioning yourself as a leader in the industry. Prioritize Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards on every project, safeguarding yourself and your team at all times.

What we're looking for: 3 to 4 years of experience: Pouring and finishing concrete Heavy equipment operation (excavation, mini excavator and/or skid steer on stormwater projects) Wet utilities (pipe laying and repairs for stormwater, water, sewer, wastewater) Travel: Ability to travel Monday through Friday, with travel required 85% of the time. Driving: Valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Safety/Compliance: Comprehensive understanding of OSHA safety practices and comfortable using pickups and equipment trailers while following DOT requirements.
