We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Spa Receptionist in Fair Oaks, California. The individual will be integral to our team, handling a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, providing excellent customer service, and managing appointment schedules. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient office operations within a fast-paced environment.

• Welcome and greet clients as they arrive at the spa, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.

• Manage all bookings, including scheduling appointments, cancellations, adjustments, and managing waitlists.

• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner, providing information on services, pricing, policies, and any other inquiries.

• Facilitate smooth and efficient communication between clients and therapists.

• Administrative duties (i.e., filing, record keeping, maintaining client records).

• Promote services, products, and discounts.

• Assist in maintaining orderliness of the reception area and the spa.

  Requirements

• Proficient in answering multi-line phone system

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy

• Experience in managing email correspondence

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and effectively
