Description

Oversees the staff coordination and facilitates the efforts of the Campus Director. Serves as the clearinghouse of information flowing through the campus and to/from the Campus Director. Coordinates all reporting of KPIs and ensures that departments are on track with initiatives. Manages the campus calendar of events. Coordinates all meetings and executes the agendas in coordination with the Campus Director. Provides oversight on all administrative functions (fleet management, club management, consent forms, disciplinary actions, petty cash, etc.) and ensures that projects stay on track. Manages the campus budget, manages all purchasing and tuition/vendor payments, and produces monthly reporting to ensure the financial operation remains on track. Executes special projects at the direction of the Campus Director. Speaks on behalf of the Campus Director in meetings.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate efforts/communications of direct reports to the Campus Director

  • Coordinates meetings, set agendas, and executes follow-up on initiatives

  • Coordinates budget planning, execution, and reporting

  • Performs special projects as assigned by the Campus Director

Qualifications

Education

Required: Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in a business-related field.

Preferred: Masters

Experience

Required: Three (3) or more years of office administration and budget coordination

Preferred: Experience managing a team of direct reports

Skills

Required: M otivating and developing staff, fostering teamwork and managing change; d ata-driven decision maker that can collect and synthesize data for reporting.
