What you'll do on a typical day: Work in a warehouse setting managing daily and weekly shipping schedules and delivery/shipping appointments for assigned customers Manage and process customer deliveries to external service providers in a timely manner to comply with customer requirements Release, schedule, create shipping documents and labels according to customer specifications Communicate with carriers and customer service associates in case of shipping challenges Create Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) notifications and shipment updates using the customer portal Maintain established levels of productivity and quality standards within a fast-paced environment Collaborate with both internal and external business partners to maintain on time shipping requirements Monitor reports to collect data and reporting for business KPI's What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 1 year of experience in the field of logistics coordinating and prioritizing daily shipping schedules Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

It'd be great if you also have: 3 years' minimum experience working in a Distribution Center managing shipments Understanding of WMS and manifesting software as it relates to logistics applications, SAP experience preferred Knowledge of common logistics-related documentation, including bill of lading, standard claims forms, MSDS, commercial invoice, Shipper's Letter of Instruction, export filing, etc. Experience with Power BI is preferred Experience with international shipping with internal and external customers preferred We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
