Job Description

Work with large-scale Windows-based environments, commercial off-the-shelf applications and government-developed enterprise applications. Provide Windows administration for Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 including server monitoring, Group Policy management, AD replication, AD PowerShell and troubleshooting in physical and virtual environments. Limited administration of Linux and/or UNIX Operating Systems. Configure and manage virtual infrastructure technologies, including VMware and Hyper-V. Provide afterhours support for mission critical outages as part of on call rotation. Troubleshoot and handle tickets escalated through ServiceNow from other support teams. Ideal candidate would have F5 load balancer administration experience.

We are targeting a pay range of $110-121k.

Skills and Requirements

• Active DOD Secret Clearance

• No degree requirement

• 6-8 years of Windows administrative support with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 - Familiarity with F5 load balancer administration

• Experience troubleshooting and handling tickets escalated through ServiceNow

• Experience in a Linux environment

• Experience moving data into the Cloud

• MCSE certification null
