job summary:

• Material Receiving: Oversee the accurate receipt and count of project materials, verifying completeness and ensuring all components align with project specifications. - Material Inspection: Examine materials for any external or visible damages, immediately reporting and documenting any discrepancies. - Communication: Collaborate closely with project managers to confirm material accuracy and address concerns, providing relevant documentation and photographic evidence when necessary. - Freight Claims: Timely filing of freight claims within the same business day, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of potential issues. - Documentation: Utilize DTS-specific forms and ensure each receipt is thoroughly documented, aligning with receiving processes for transparency. - Storage Inventory: Regularly audit materials on hand, verifying accurate bin location and maintaining a clean and orderly DTS area to protect sensitive equipment. - Testing Inspection: Facilitate and provide access to material testing or inspections by customers upon request and prior management approval.

work hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
