Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor

Job Description

  • Manufacturing company is looking to hire a Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor!

  • We are looking for individuals who can collaborate with peers, conduct maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment, and lead a team of 8-10 maintenance mechanics.

  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recent lead or supervisor experience and a total of 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

  • Experience in manufacturing is essential.

  • Responsibilities include assigning work schedules, supervising plant maintenance personnel, coordinating with shift managers, addressing safety and sanitation issues, maintaining equipment, troubleshooting, ensuring safe and proper shop work, monitoring preventative maintenance, and enforcing safety regulations.

  • The supervisor will oversee plant maintenance personnel for their assigned shift, including employee supervision, work assignment, and coordination of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of plant equipment.
