THE COMPANY - Work with one of the World's Largest American Owned Aerospace and Technology companies.

SUMMARY:

Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on work area. Works autonomously with limited supervision on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments. Sets objectives for own area of responsibility to meet the objectives or goals of projects and assignments.

TASKS:

Oversees and manages the lifecycle and operational aspects of projects, and liaises between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

Provides the support for establishing and maintaining the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports and analysis such as critical path and variance analysis.

Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.

Regularly interacts and interfaces with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience: 2-5 years exp

• Citizenship: Must be US Citizen

  Reason for Uptick: The site is undergoing a large scale modernization effort. These roles will be working primarily with The Capital Projects Team to upgrade existing and implement New Equipment across the factory. The roles will be working with vendors and site resources to discovery and apply modern technology to manufacturing parts for the aerospace industry.

  SITE FOCUS:

  The Fairfield site works with Propulsion. Essentially the pieces that go into the Ejection Seats. Many parts involve Powder / Explosives. The site at FF is unique in that any new employee will also have to pass an ATF background. They work with PAD / CAD / Linear Parts.

  AREA - - Primarily Operations / Manufacturing PM Project Management, some Infrastructure projects…

  SKILLS / TOOLS (highly preferred) - - MS Project and Cadence/Jira would be good skills to have

  **ATF BACKGROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED ON DAY 1 START. THIS WILL BE RUN BY THE SITE.
