Job Description Case Management Accessioning Representatives provide clients with outstanding service by performing timely and accurate sample processing. Representatives are responsible for opening samples, comparing information, addressing concerns, solving problems, and entering client data correctly into the Laboratory Information System, to ensure that every case is successfully completed, and every client satisfied. Case Management Accessioning Representatives must have excellent data entry skills, be detail oriented and organized. This role is multi-tasked and flexible and having the ability to prioritize work is essential. ESSENTIAL DUTIES * Intake of packages received daily * Verifies package integrity and chain of custody requirements * Data entry of patient information into the computer system * Handling case assignments, review case progress, and determine case closure * Identifies complete and partial cases * Data Entry/Audit of all patient and contract information * Close and mailing of final reports, chain of custody, and affidavits * Input partial billing information * Coordinating and providing service that is timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered * Meet weekly required production numbers * Prepare Affidavits * Notarization (limited) * Attend and participate in staff meetings * Other duties as assigned or become evident Qualifications * Minimum one (1)yearprevious data entry experience preferred * High School diploma/GED required; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail * Collaborate and work effectively with others * Excellent data entry and organizational skills * Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload * Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and typing skills are required * Good problem-solving skills and follow through are required * Strong planning, organizational, time, and project management skills are required * Knowledge of good record keeping requirements is a plus * Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision; must also be able to work as part of a team. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain flexible to changing priorities * Ability to demonstrate and uphold the highest levels of ethical behavior and confidentiality Additional Information Schedule: * Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pmApply here: https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjIzNzk3LjEwNTA4QGV1cm9maW5zdXNjb21wLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ
