Laser Operator

$18/hour

Monday - Friday, 1st shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

A leader in HVAC systems and innovation in Fairmont, MN, is hiring General Assembly Workers to join their growing team. This General Assembly Worker will perform necessary functions to prepare parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies efficiently, safely, and correctly for customers. Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain laser cutting machines

• Interpret and execute work orders and blueprints

• Ensure quality control standards are met

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment

• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

• Cross training on Brake Press machines

Requirements:

• Experience operating laser cutting machines (specific experience with C1 laser preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Basic understanding of machinery maintenance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AMADA or similar systems

• Technical certification in machinery operation or a related field
