Description

Carly Brooks with Robert Half is looking Client Administrator to join a team in Fairport, NY. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in preparing documentation for municipal financing, managing client relationships, as well as adhering and ensuring adherence to legal standards. This role represents a central figure in orchestrating applications for financial grants and programs, as well as providing sustained compliance supervision post-issuance.

Key Duties:

• Production of requisite documentation for municipal bond market financing. • Project-based evaluation and fulfillment of client financing requisites. • Strategizing and planning debt issuance processes in line with client needs and legal regulations. • Team collaboration to handle state grant and financing program applications. • Maintain on-going compliance with post-issuance necessities. • Consolidate information from clients, legal counsel, and engineers for the creation of financing documents and analysis. • Employ Microsoft Excel and Word to construct, modify, and update documentation and various reports. • Scrutinize team members' deliverables for accuracy and consistency. • Oversee client accounts and undertake necessary actions as required.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is a must for the role.

• Solid experience in client relations and customer service is necessary.

• Knowledge and understanding of compliance regulations and standards is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are needed.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proven problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Experience in administrative roles is preferred but not necessary.

• Proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite applications such as PowerPoint and Outlook is a plus.

• Experience with CRM software is beneficial but not required.
