Description

We are looking for a Skilled Staff Accountant to join our client's prestigious team in Fallbrook. If you have experience with NetSuite and a strong background in accounting, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Utilize NetSuite software to perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and reconciliations with precision and accuracy.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.

• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and workflows within NetSuite.

• Assist with financial audits and provide documentation and support as needed.

• Stay current with NetSuite updates and enhancements and recommend system improvements.

• Act as a subject matter expert on NetSuite functionality and provide training and support to team members.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

• Proficiency in NetSuite software is required.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Certification (e.g., CPA) or advanced degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
