Experience in this Discipline: Eight (8) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.

Functional Responsibility: The Information Systems Analyst - Level IV may perform or oversee systems analysis of highly complex computer and networking systems. This position works in conjunction with architecture, engineering and sustainment to provide overall integration of systems peripherals so that they operate correctly within a predefined environment. The Information Systems Analyst - Level IV provides guidance and direction to Level II and Level III Information Systems Analysts. This position develops or assists with creation of technical documentation to include but not limited to detailed installation procedures, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles. Level IV performs more independent thinking, complex tasks with little to no supervision compared to a Level III, and may supervise others.
