Job Description:

This position possesses the knowledge and expertise to lead, direct and manage the system recruitment team focused on sourcing & screening of clinicians. This includes position approval through hand off to interview. This work includes leading, interacting and strategy of the 5-year recruitment rolling recruitment plan as it relates sourcing, branding and management of potential candidates introduced and tracked for Essentia Health.

Education Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing strategy development and deployment

  • Supports development of sourcing strategy and associated KPIs

  • Leads deployment of strategy including coordination with third-party applications, external parties, PPS staff, and clinical leadership

  • Monitors and facilitates achievement of sourcing KPIs

  • Oversee NHSC and Immigration programming

  • Oversees recruitment experience

  • Lead standard approach and programming to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey

  • Identifies measures of success, leads continuous improvement

  • Develops provider FTE and recruitment plans

  • Responsible for leading the approach, integration of department plans, assessment, and reconciliation

  • Aligns with long-range financial planning and integrates market demands

  • Requires collaboration with finance, strategy & business development, and market leadership.

  • Leads workforce development strategy

  • Stays apprised of opportunities, engages, and supports the Physician and APP workforce into opportunities to grow and develop the recruiting pipeline with Medical School partners

  • Provides People Leadership

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science in healthcare, marketing, or business field

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years related experience

  • Experience in healthcare, recruiting or marketing field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration desired but not required

  • 5 years’ experience in related field with 3-5 years of leadership experience

  • Leading teams in a recruitment or competitive environment

  • Experience in financial analytics, contract management, branding/marketing; social media use
