What’s the job?

We are currently seeking a skilled Painter to join our team as we expand our production capabilities. As a Painter responsible for painting finished frames, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the aesthetic appeal and quality of our products. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for painting and craftsmanship.

Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Responsibilities:

  • Paint finished frames according to specifications and design requirements.

  • Mix paints to achieve desired colors and shades, ensuring accurate color matching and consistency.

  • Follow established painting procedures and quality standards to maintain consistency and meet customer expectations.

  • Inspect painted frames for defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies, and make necessary touch-ups or adjustments to ensure a flawless finish.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the painting area, including proper storage of paints, tools, and equipment.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues

  • Work a consistent schedule, Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

What do you bring?

  • Proven experience as a painter, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.

  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.

  • Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately.

  • Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift materials as required.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.

Physical Demands/Work Environment :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to hear and speak. The employee must regularly stand, walk, sit and use hands to grasp and handle. The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs. The employee will regularly bend, stoop, and stretch handling parts/objects in various situations. Specific vision requirements include close vision, ability to focus, and depth perception. This position may be exposed to oils, dirt, fumes and moving equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
