Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Faribault, Minnesota for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team within the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with business leaders, users, and IT colleagues to enhance and support manufacturing-related business processes and systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily activities related to Production Floor Support

• Act as the primary liaison between the IT and manufacturing team for all current and future projects

• Gather and document functional requirements

• Collaborate with respective teams for solution approach

• Provide support to the implementation team

• Manage ServiceNow Ticket system

• Engage in evaluating business needs, conduct research, and perform impact analysis for new requirements or changes

• Oversee application configuration, testing, and rollout of MES Application

• Troubleshoot various printing applications like Cipher, Bartender, etc.

• Resolve issues and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for them

• Understand and manage the current solution design and implementation

• Perform the role of a Business Analyst, bridging the gap between IT and Business. Requirements • Applicant must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Senior IT Business Analyst.

• Demonstrated knowledge and application of Business Process Functions is required.

• Proficiency in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents is necessary.

• Experience with Oracle EBS is a key requirement.

• The candidate should be adept at writing and executing SQL Queries.

• Experience working in a Warehouse Environment will be highly regarded.

• Knowledge of Quality Process is essential for this role.

• Familiarity with Production Processes is required.

• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment is a significant advantage.
