Robert Half is seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager with strong administrative and people management abilities. In this role, you will lead a high-performing Customer Service team of five, ensuring smooth office operations. This position requires prior experience in a similar business-to-business customer service environment. The role is on-site in the Tinton Falls area and offers excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer service operations

• Handle escalations

• Create business reports and analyze data

• Train new hires and assist with onboarding

• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks

  Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience

• 4+ years of customer service experience in an office environment

• Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
