Job Title: Machine Operator - 1st Shift and 2nd shift

Job Description

Join our team as a Clean Room Assembler where you will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of medical devices. Your daily tasks will include cutting tubes to precise measurements, conducting quality control of finished products, and maintaining a clean room environment. You will also be responsible for logging material into our computer database efficiently and accurately.

Description:

1st shift Must be able to work between 6:00-7:30am to 2:30-3:30pm dependent on the assigned department.

2nd shift Must be able to work between 3:00-3:30pm to 11:30pm-12am dependent on the assigned department.

Operates within a controlled cleanroom environment. May operate equipment such as but not limited to sealers lyophilizers machine presses bandsaws power mills or autoclaves. Checks that equipment is set at proper settings prior to use. Daily activities may require use of several different chemical solutions including but not limited to acid alcohol or detergent. Monitors material inventory and utilizes a first-in first-out method for consumption. Documents daily work via physical and virtual batch records. Performs quality checks on daily activities including all data entries.

Required Knowledge and Experience: Recommended basic job knowledge of production-related systems and procedures.
