Randstad's Client in Farmingdale, NY is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships with our clients. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring satisfaction and a positive experience.

  • Accurately enter and update customer information in the system.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to address customer questions and concerns.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of their concerns.
