Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Management: Create, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, negotiate pricing, and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to avoid shortages.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and supplier contracts.

• Cost Control: Identify opportunities for cost savings through efficient purchasing and supplier negotiations.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality control, and finance teams to align purchasing activities with company goals.
