Role Overview :

​The Manager, Income Tax Compliance position is within the U.S. Income Tax Compliance team. The candidate should have a solid background in both federal and state tax compliance for large corporations. Strong analytical and process improvement skills are important in this position.

Responsibilities include (and are not limited to):

  • Assist with the preparation of Federal and State corporate income tax returns, including filings for foreign entities such as 5471s, 8858s and 8865s, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of Federal and State extensions and estimated payments

  • Prepare supporting documentation and workpapers for relevant tax returns, primarily for Federal and State income tax filings

  • Review and resolve notices from tax authorities

  • Provide analytical and data support for other team teams (planning, reporting and controversy)

  • Research various tax matters

  • Assist with global income tax compliance outsourcing engagement

  • Contribute to process and technology improvements aimed at streamlining the compliance process

Additional Information / Experience Required :

  • BS degree in Finance or Accounting required

  • CPA or MST certification is preferred

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience, preferably from a Big 4 firm in combination with background in Industry

  • Experience with state income tax compliance

  • Proficiency working with income tax software, CorpTax expertise preferred

  • JDE & HFM knowledge is a plus

  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative and cross functional organization

  • Tax accounting knowledge is a plus

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Proficient in technology and data analysis

The salary range for this role is [Insert respective range for grade level $105,000-$130,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
