Job Description

The ideal candidate for the billing coordinator role should be able to perform the following tasks:

  • Coordinate billing to ensure final billing to end customer.

  • Act as a primary check point to ensure required data points are in place before initiation of end customer billing.

  • Liaising with delivery / sales teams to resolve any billing issues and support with clarification as needed.

  • Handle all requests related to internal orders for intercompany invoicing

  • Submit and track all purchase orders for external vendors including follow up on payments as needed.

  • Track and manage intercompany purchase orders issued during the year and ensure compliance of transfer pricing margins as well as collect data for transfer price.

  • Managing headcount reporting for lease capacity.

  • Support local team with collaboration activities and act as New Hire Coordinator to support onboarding of new vendors

  • Manage outsourcing vendor invoice recording and payments in a timely manner.

  • Support the coordination between US Bosch departments and Bosch departments in India to resolve any issues / clarification on billing topics and payments to customers.

  • Support in Pcard and department expenses

  • Assist new joiners (including outsourcing) in department with onboarding and being their official buddy as needed

  • Activities related to handling hardware samples including receiving and return of respective samples to customers / BGSW Corporate based on RBNA logistic policy.

  • Support global and regional project as needed

  • Assist the department head in administrative activities as needed

Qualifications

Required:

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience in a financial reporting or accounting capacity

  • Able to independently prioritize responsibilities

  • Strong MS Office skills, especially with Excel

  • Drive to be accurate with attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with regional and international teams

  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal skills

Preferred:

  • Associate degree

  • SAP & Essbase experience
