Schedule: Part Time Contract - Approximately 20 hours per week (availability during normal business hours required)

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Facilities Assistant or Maintenance Coordinator to help maintain our facilities and ensure smooth daily operations. This part-time role, through Staff Resources, Inc., involves hands-on tasks, coordination with service providers, and general upkeep of the premises. Key Responsibilities:

• Service Coordination: Schedule and oversee service providers, including lawn care, plumbing, and roofing contractors.
• Facility Maintenance: Perform cleaning and light maintenance tasks to keep the premises in excellent condition.
• Snow Removal: Shovel and clear entryways during snow events to ensure safe access.
• Supply Management: Restock building supplies, place orders as needed and pick up materials.

• Errands: Perform occasional errands or deliveries with mileage reimbursement provided.

   

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry items such as computer equipment and recycling materials.
• Must pass a background check and standard interview process.

• Availability during normal business hours.
