We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vehicle Manufacturing Service Manager to oversee service operations in our manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management:

  • Supervise and mentor service teams, ensuring effective allocation of tasks and consistent performance.

  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a highly skilled workforce.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment to enhance employee engagement.

  • Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily service operations to meet production schedules and quality benchmarks.

  • Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering teams to address production or service-related issues.

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
