Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, operations management, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education

• At least one year of experience working in an academic setting

• Experience or knowledge of standard methods to assess proposals for digital and print marketing products

• Experience in the management and optimization of websites and social media platforms

Applicable equivalencies may be considered on the above qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in higher education, marketing, business, operations management, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education

• At least two years of experience in brand management and/or business development

• Experience in using customer relationship management platforms, other data collection, and information management platforms

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders which will benefit the MSOM and MSEM programs

• Knowledge and skill to develop methods to evaluate the effectiveness of efforts and communicate accomplishments to key stakeholders

Additional Information:

This position is renewable annually based on continued need for the position, availability of funding, and satisfactory job performance.
