ManpowerGroup Litigation Paralegal in Feasterville Trevose, Pennsylvania

Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be part of the Legal Department supporting the Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Location: Trevose, Pennsylvania

Pay Range: Competitive salary based on experience

What's the Job?

  • Assist attorneys in preparing, reviewing, and filing business-related legal documents, including contracts, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) documents.

  • Conduct legal research on business law topics such as corporate compliance, intellectual property, and contract disputes.

  • Assist in the preparation of legal correspondence and communication with clients, regulatory authorities, and other external parties.

  • Support attorneys in due diligence reviews for business transactions, including gathering relevant corporate documentation and conducting background checks.

  • Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing case files, gathering evidence, and coordinating witness preparation.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Paralegal certification or equivalent legal training (preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on business law, litigation, or real estate.

  • Strong understanding of corporate transactions, business law concepts, litigation processes, and real estate law.

  • Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
