This requires strong communication, analytical, and managerial skills. Essential Function Home Machine Accountability - Asset Management. Requires daily indexing of central inbox and outreach to clinics to manage equipment repair/maintenance shipments. Involves monthly reporting and analysis of outstanding shipments HHD Redeployment Operations - teammate management Home Machine Accountability - Patient Outlier Management. Requires following up with patients to identify and address potential barriers to successful treatments HHD Redeployment Operations - troubleshooting and ad hoc support Home Machine Accountability - Patient Technology Management. Involves approving clinic orders and following up with order updates. Requires interfacing with technology vendor HHD Redeployment Operations - monitoring inventory levels and shifting inventory as needed across Palmers Home Machine Accountability - Monthly Reporting Package.
