ManpowerGroup M365 Delivery Manager in Federal Way, Washington
Are you an experienced project manager with Microsoft 365 experience? We’re looking for a delivery manager to drive the execution of software, automation and content improvement projects. If you’re selected for this role, you’ll join a dynamic team responsible for several onboarding, support and migration experiences within Microsoft’s cloud products.
You’ll use your project and stakeholder management skills to lead a team of content writers, designers, and developers as they deliver features that help Microsoft’s customers reduce the time-to-value after their purchase. You’ll champion quality, consistency, and process adherence. And you’ll improve velocity, by clarifying scope, reducing effort, and identifying risks.

Responsibilities:
Refine and provide estimates for feature requests and bugs, ensuring requirements and scope is clear, and all stakeholders and contacts are identified.
Create and assign bugs, user stories, and tasks for each sprint within Azure dev ops.
Lead daily stand-ups, ensuring features, bugs, user stories, and tasks in Azure dev ops are updated regularly.
Be available to team members during core working hours to resolve issues, address questions, and redistribute work during absences.
Review completed work to enforce adherence to the team’s content, design, and software development guidelines.
Be the point-of-contact and engineering liaison for product owners and external stakeholders.
Become proficient with team’s WYSIWYG content editing tool and provide support to stakeholders who wish to view the team’s work in the tool.
Qualifications:
Experience leading complex projects in software or content development.
Degree, certificate, or documented training related to project or quality management. Scrum, PMI, or six-sigma certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in driving process adherence through automated tools and manual reviews.
Key Skills:
A passion for process optimization and expeditious delivery.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and written to all types of roles throughout the organization, technical and non-technical.
Ability to use communication software like Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook to quickly respond to requests and manage remote teams.
Strong organizational skills, utilizing software and AI to capture notes, deliverables and deadlines.
Ability to verify accuracy and quality in content and webpage design.
Growth mindset and leadership – “learn-it-all” as needed and promote growth and continual improvement across the team.
Remain highly adaptable - due to the turbulent nature of priorities in supporting customers, this role requires high adaptability to changing demands, deadlines, and priorities.
