Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk role within the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry, based in FINDLAY, Ohio. This role involves managing customer credit applications and ensuring the accuracy of customer credit records. The role requires working on-site and offers a chance to build a career in a small office environment.

Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications • Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records • Handle customer credit inquiries and resolve any issues that arise • Monitor customer credit accounts regularly for any irregularities • Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments when necessary Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and practices • Proficient in computer data entry and related software applications • Demonstrated skills in data entry, including numeric data entry • Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency • Typing speed suitable for data entry tasks • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
