American Senior Communities is now hiring a Floating Community Clinical Liaison (LPN)
The Community Clinical Liaison plays a critical role in the sales and move in process. This individual works closely with the community department leaders, sales teams, prospects, and responsible parties/ family members. This position must be comfortable working with prospective resident physicians, community medical director and/or primary physician group that will be following the resident after move in. There are also responsibilities to develop and maintain professional business relationships in the market to support achieving maximum occupancy in the community through gaining referrals and supporting the resident move in process. This position will require travel thoughtout Indiana.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing & current Indiana Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse
Two years professional nursing experience in residential and/or long-term care setting
